Return and exchange policy


At Totem Energy LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are consumables, we maintain strict health and safety standards.

Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of opened or used products.
If you change your mind and your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at info@totemnrg.com to cancel or modify your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with all of the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo and/or video of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll review your request and offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15-20 business days (depending on your bank or payment processor).

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Exchanges

Because of the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try another flavor, please place a new order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
